Please not that the watch straps, bracelets, and crystals on some styles are not covered under the warranty. All FSU watches that have been damaged or abused will be subject to repair costs plus a shipping charge of $9.00 which must be sent with the watch for repair. Customers will be contacted with an estimate of repair cost if the repair is not covered under warranty. Please be sure to complete a Merchandise Return Form and include it with a copy of the original invoice with your return package.
